What is the warranty period for products?
We’ve got you covered! Every product includes a 12-month warranty. If your item is defective during this period, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

1. Unopened Products (within 30 days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You can:
- Exchange for a different product — we’ll swap it at no extra cost.
- Return for a full refund — send it back unopened, unused, and in the original packaging for a full refund.
Note: The Snack Pack, containing water-based lube and oil, is eligible for return only when the shrink wrap remains fully sealed and intact, and the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns must remain in their original sealed packaging.
2. Opened Products (within 30 days)
We know personal wellness products are… well, personal. If you’ve tried yours and it isn’t quite right, our Pleasure Guarantee has you covered:
- Exchange for a different product — our most popular option. We’ll send something better suited at no extra cost, and our care team can help you choose.
